I called Quality Flooring for an estimate on 01/17/2015. John Milea answered the call and arrived in our home within an hour to measure and to show us samples. Based on my conversation, he brought a couple of wood and tile samples in the color range discussed for us to see. Within 24 hours, we received estimates for both hardwood and tile. We continued to "shop around" and received a quote from another company for similar products. Choosing Quality Flooring was a no-brainer. They beat the competitor by far.
We drove to the showroom on 01/21/2015 to make final tile and hardwood selections. The showroom was amazing. Their sales staff was very informative and helped assist us in choosing the tiles to compliment the hardwood selection in our kitchen. While in the showroom, they were able to confirm if products were in stock to help with scheduling. We contracted them right away.
On 01/26/2015, John delivered the hardwood to acclimate to the house temperature. He and his crew started the tile on 01/28/15. Hardwood install started on 01/29/15. The total job was complete in 3-1/2 days on 01/31/15. Entire process from start to finish took only 2 weeks. John and his crew were extremely professional and did an amazing job. Quality Flooring is a family owned business. We recommend Quality Flooring to anyone looking for a job well done at a great price. We were lucky that our selections were in stock and their staffing schedule allowed a quick turnaround. We understand every job is different; however, you will not go wrong if you choose Quality Flooring.

Found Mr. Milea to be very professional, punctual and helpful in coming to my home to make suggestions on the installation of the hardwood. Lucas and his crew were punctual, friendly, and efficient, but above all they were real craftsmen. The job ended up taking a couple of days longer than originally quoted, but only because the installers were such perfectionists. They did not cut corners and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We were extremely pleased with the end result. Don't know why we didn't have it done 15 years ago!

My wife and I had to put in writing how happy we were with our recent hardwood flooring installation in our bedroom.
We expected the disruption and mess involved with taking out our old carpet and disposing of it, moving our large furniture and the laying of the new hardwood, to be an ordeal. I'm happy to say that because of John's professionalism, attention to detail and very obvious pride in his work, it was an extremely pleasant experience. He and Brian kept the work area and surroundings so neat and clean you could hardly tell what had taken place.

David Milea came to my home with samples. He arrived at the exact time he said he would. I was given a reasonable estimate and made arrangements to have the work done. They removed the existing carpet, padding, and tackstrips. They vacuumed up all the dust, floated and leveled the floor, and installed the laminate. I don't usually write reviews, but I have been so happy with the quality of the work that was done that I am taking the time to do so for Quality Flooring. We initially had them re-floor 3 rooms of our home with hardwoods. We were so happy with the results, we had them come back and do the remaining floors. The work is flawless. The wood - gorgeous. They showed up when they said they would and finished in the specified time frame. We had a tiny problem on one of our planks, and they came right out and repaired it. January 29, 2011 was one of the worst days of my life: my house burnt down due to an electrical fire in the attic. On that day, I not only lost all of my belongings but I also lost two of my beloved pets. While my house was still engulfed in flames, I had several blood suckers surrounding me about being the ones to handle the rebuilding process. I was stressed for months having to worry about things a 24 year old, first year teacher shouldn't have to worry about. I was having a hard time finding a reputable and trustworthy company to do my flooring; that is until I was referred to Quality Flooring. Frank Milea was the first person I spoke with about the flooring and he was very personable and straight forward from the start, which was quite refreshing. After explaining to him that I was on a time constraint with getting the floors done, he immediately found and sent me home with multiple samples. As soon as I selected my wood laminate floors, Frank and his team got the ball rolling. Just days after Quality Flooring received the shipment, I had beautiful flooring throughout my two story home including the stairs, three bedrooms, office, family room, living room, dining room and hallways. There were a few bumps along the way; however, they were handled proficiently and revised immediately in a courteous and compassionate manner.
After a speedy and beautiful installation, I was eager to use Quality Flooring again. After I was moved in, I decided to put a decorative back splash in my kitchen to give it a more homey feel. I was sent home with multiple samples to chose from and feel out in the environment of my home. Just days after placing my order with Frank, I was getting my kitchen personalized with tile. After some awesome suggestions from Frank and his team, we were able to come up with something more beautiful than I could have imagined and I am more than satisfied with the final product.
What made me call Quality Flooring back to do more work was not only their meticulous effort and precision, but it was also the personalized service I received combined with a kind and gentle heart. They proved that they were not concerned with there wallets growing, but instead with me getting my house and life back and even better than before. I am very grateful to have hired Quality Flooring for my flooring and personalized backsplash for my kitchen.
